Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the Hohen Schwangau and Neu Schwanstein castles from our balcony. Being located above a delightful Italian restaurant with outside seating added to the charm. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcoming letter and helpful staff. The location was absolutely amazing, ideal for exploring the castles and lakes. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I was thrilled with the hotel's perfect location, offering fabulous views of both castles and mountains from my balcony. The rooms were clean, overlooked the Neuschwanstein Castle, and provided stunning views of the beautiful mountains. The service had its downs, as we had trouble explaining our situation to the manager over the phone. On the bright side, the location was ideal for visiting the castles and lakes in the region.
The hotel offers stunning views of both castles and mountains from our balcony, but the rooms did not match the photos and lacked the expected charm. The noise from the road prevented a good night's sleep, even after trying to get fresh air by leaving the balcony door open. The service was satisfactory, although some lapses were noted, like finding a dirty cleaning cloth on our bed. The location is excellent for exploring the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau region, with fabulous views of the castles and mountains. Dining was decent but slightly overpriced. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positives and negatives worth considering.
